Excellent sliding properties and high resistance to wear, chemicals, moisture and low temperatures. It does not absorb water, is UV-stabilised, and can be welded, thermoformed, machined and recycled.
Suitable for boards and pads in food processing, sliding parts, bumper sheets, warehouse equipment and parts under heavy wear.
Rods Ø 10–300 mm, length 1000 mm. Sheets 1–100 mm thick, up to 1500 × 3000 mm. Colours: white and black.
Resistant to most aggressive fluids, it does not absorb water and has excellent dielectric and insulating properties. Suitable for plastic welding and machining, UV-stabilised and recyclable.
Used in chemical and process industry for tanks, galvanising baths, pumps, fans, valves, wastewater systems, filter parts and other industrial components.
Density 0.905 g/cm³, service temperature −40 to 100 °C, elastic modulus 1,200 N/mm². Rods Ø 10–300 mm and sheets 1–100 mm thick are available.
HDPE is the choice for wear, sliding, food contact and low temperatures. HDPP is preferred for chemically demanding uses such as galvanising, tanks and aggressive fluids.
Sheet width is 1500 mm for 1–30 mm thickness, or 500–1000 mm for 30–100 mm. Certificates, ISO 9001:2015 and made-to-drawing parts are available.
